  alec the badass was such a great guy our phone died and he let us use hes phone just to call the nail salon. he also got us directions to there and we needed to go fast so he made our drinks super fast and tasted so delicious!!!!

  It's 1230pm on Sunday, 9/23 and the barista that was working was so rude. We witnessed this barista (did not get her name) get mad at the cart worker at Von's asking for water in this 90+ degree weather, staying that there was a "drinking fountain right there." She was really grumpy, and was snooty with us when we were ordering 4 drinks. I realize it is a bigger order, but she made us feel uncomfortable for having to order 4 drinks when it shouldn't feel that way. When we were waiting for our drinks, her co-worker mentioned they were now out of cold brew and she replied saying "Thank God!" I used to work at Starbucks so it was really surprising to see someone show so much attitude in front of customers. She made one of our drinks wrong, but I know we couldn't say anything otherwise she probably would've just lost it. I don't know if we just caught her on a bad day, but that is definitely something her supervisors should look out for....

  I had the greatest experience today. I ordered an extravagant drink thinking I was going to cash in my free Starbucks reward, however Brittany apologized and told me that this location is not able to redeem rewards. I was shocked because I only brought my phone not my wallet thinking I was going to use my reward, Brittany quickly of me not to worry about it and that she will take care of me today. This small act of kindness made such a huge impact on me. She absolutely made my day, I wanted to cry. You never know what people are going through, this awesome act of kindness Brittany blessed me with really touched my heart I want to say THANK YOU BRITTANY! And Starbucks you have an awesome employee!!

  Convenient that it's inside Vons. And that's about it. Customer service sucks. Girl here was super rude and when I asked for a drink to be made (which was on their menu) without me even finishing what I'm saying, she interrupts me and says we don't have that, what is that...I tell her it's on the menu. She looks up and says "I don't know why that's there we don't have that here." Oookkkaaayyyyy. So I ordered a Passion Iced Tea and she gave me something that was absolutely horrible tasting. It tasted like it was way too sour and I've had the Passion Iced Tea before and it does NOT taste like that.
  
  So, won't be coming to this location to get a drink. I just don't understand why there are rude people like that in customer service. I'm sure there are PLENTY of people that would do your job way better and happier.

  We have always had Good friendly service at this starbucks location. We usually visit in the evening and the employees have always been a delight :)
